Bulding builds every 20 secods a unit

Hi how can i do that if i click on the barack and then on soldier that then every 20 seconds come a soldier ? like hereos & armies ?

i still have that every 20 secons spawn a soldier but i dont know how to do if i click on the barack and then on soldier :-(
