Shooting Ability

or make a ability using dummy unit

event-unit start effect of ability(cast or something)
con-ability being cast (your ability)
act-create 1 dummy for owner of casting unit at position casting unit ..blah..blah..blah facing (facing of casting unit)
-add xx second expiration time to last created unit
-turn off colision for last created unit
-add DummyShoot ability to last created unit
-order last created unit to DummyShoot ability to facing of casting unit

(correct it if i'm wrong)
