It is possible though with Jaina/Thrall child but there doesn't seem to be much evidence for their relationsshio.

Jaina/Arthas was togheter before he turned evil so I guess that's very likely but I think it should have shown in the Frozen Throne if Jaina was at least a little pregnant.
