How to import skins? / How to make skins?

I have downloaded some skins... but I don't know how I can export them in World Editor. Someone can explain me the steps? I need help please.

By export you mean import?

Go to the page you got your skin, view near the download button you'll find "Not sure how to import this skin?"

Yes, but near the download button, nothing explain how I can do that. But I found recently that they explain how I can do it... but for the model. Is it the same thing?

For a model, just remoe the wc3imported/.

If you wan't to learn how to skin, I'm not the guy.
