Stop using Vista then, all your gaming problems will be fixed! Vista is not a gamer's OS...
As to Silver's question, open the doodad in Object Editor, and somewhere it says "Pathing" and that may be set to NONE, so change that pathing to something like Farm (2x2 squares) etc etc.
