Without proper death and decay animations, they're not that usable unless you need bodies all over the terrain or make them summoned units.
I think I'll be right that someone should help him with this. He did his best, and with this part of the work someone else should help him, and then this package will be as useful as possible. But if he could do it himself, then it would have been so from the very beginning. And therefore, he will not be able to make animations of death and decomposition, and there is no need to blame him for this either. If no one helps him with this, then these animations will never happen. He has already done too much, and it is a pity that no one appreciates this, but only demands more and more

I'm pretty sure, it's not something hard to learn or do. Converting might actually be harder.
Has he asked help in a proper thread like Modeling & Animation or searched the site for a means to do it?

While this is an amazing pack, the lack of death/decay does hinder it quite a bit.
My suggestion: make empty death sequences (basically all geosets become invisible within a few frames of the sequence start).
Then make a blood explosion + ubersplat effect and use it as a shared spawn model on each death sequence.
