Zelda boulder

This bundle is marked as substandard. It may contain bugs, not perform optimally or otherwise be in violation of the submission rules.
Alright this is a boulder made to represent the boulder in the Kokiri Woods from the Zelda Game Ocarina of Time. Fairly simple model. Just Rolls(Walk), gets hit back and then moves forward again(Stand), and explodes into 4 smaller pieces(Death). May also be used as a projectile.

Requested by Azazel. Made/Animated in Milkshape.

Please give credit if you use it. And I'm okay with its redistribution to other sites but its preferred that you just alert me of it. :xxd:

Update:

Well Mr. Bob was kind enough to reUV it. But he made quite the score of changes with it. They are as follows:

Because he did so much to it (practically remade it. :xxd:) I am posting both versions for those who prefer the original death animation. I've added the death sound and attachment points to the original as well.

Enjoy.

You did the UVW wrong. Don't use planar. Use sphere. Or, use planar, but select the ring around the part that is streached and expand it.

Ya well sometimes I really can't like the gundam model on your site was so small I had to scale it to 3.5, then imported a laser to see if it works well with it... let's say it horribly failed the projectile is 5 times bigger than the gundam lol.

So your gonna custom skin the Deku Tree or use World Tree?

Tau Empire you have to go to that unit and turn off Art - Scale Projectiles with Model
    Or something like that.

Mr. Bob I'll be honest I have no idea what any of that just meant. XD

After you add a "UVW mapping" modifier, select one of two things.

A: (It is already on this) select "planar" mapping, then in the UVW editor window, select the middle part of the sphere, (the part that is streached) and expand it.

    B: Select "sphere."

3ds max 09. Milkshape is based off of this program. It shouldn't be much different. I may be wrong...

Exactly Mr. Bob. XD If anyone could do the uv for the main sphere easily that'd be really appreciated. I could give you the sphere in another format if necessary.

Alright thanks Mr. Bob. And really all ya need to do is the main sphere the others don't look so bad. and then I just can merge it on to the single bone the original was on.
