CONVERT.. that tga to jpeg and then i will look into it.

I converted them in .jpeg and .blp...

it must be in dimensions of 128,256,512,1024 etc

Uhh, it is 256*256 if I am not mistaken?

Well, post the converter you are using and we might be able to tell you why.
