[WP Users plz help!] How to play XBox games at marketplace?

So, first month with my WP phone, I could not play any Xbox games, it said "you need to agree to xbox terms of use" (I translated myself), so I went ahead and logged to my account at xbox.com . Now it said "you need your parent to agree to these terms" . Now, what parent? I mean I've never had my parent account attached to my account. If they talk about what I did with my X360, I think my brother created an adult account and we set it as my parent account. But he couldn't log in as he didn't remember the account anymore.

I created another account to work as my parent account. And it worked! I could play Tomb Raider now yay!

Now, 12 months later, it doesn't work anymore. When I do:
1. I sign in to xbox.com and agree to new terms of use, it says me to log in as my parent's account
2. I log in with my parents account as it says me to, but instead it logs me back to my account, wtf...
3. It repeats it "agree to terms of use" > "parents has to agree to terms of use, log in as parent" > *logs in as me* > "agree to terms of use"

wtf...

TO ANYONE WHO THINKS OF BUYING A WINDOWS PHONE, DONT! I CAN'T PLAY HALF OF THE GAMES ON THE MARKETPLACE AND IT'S REALLY IRRITATING!

Trade it back for an android phone? I mean you should have read the reviews first. xD

I mena personally I never even touched a windows phone, I saw one, once, from afar, but thats about it. xD

The thing is I like wp overall, but I wouldn't recommend it even to my greatest enemy.


It's always difficult to change something with this, ALWAYS >_<


About android, it's kind of looks bloated to me. If you can prove me I'd better use android please do so, I don't like buying stuff blindly anymore...


About apple, they're too expensive..




And holy shit the wp8.1 update made it nearly impossible to write this post...

Disregarding the Windows version that phones use (which is terrible), it's really the fact that there is no ecosystem around it that would affect someone the most.
If you need an application that does something, it likely exists for Android and iOS. The same can't be said for Windows.

The simplest solution is to be over 18 and register your account with your correct date of birth. That way there is no "parent" account as you are an adult.

Haven't used the marketplace much, but have you tried it from a computer?

Also, have you updated to 8.1? It might solve some issues.
