As long as it's WoW related, yeah, you're in a good section.

Although isn't it better if you just sell it? There's ton of sites that does this thing.

Giving an account away in a public forum is definitely a bad thing. If you really decide to give it away, do it via PM's or ask around the WoW players in chat or PM's in which region people play and if they're interested. Most people will accept at first, but deny later. Paying subscription for two accounts isn't that cheap.

It could be a gift for those who wants to play ya know.

I'd gladly take it. Actually I'd take it for a friend of mine who wants to play. PM if you really do want to give it away.

Why would you give it away though? Just keep it, you may want to play when WotlK comes out. ;)

There has been many cases to those who sell wow account, why do you think there is so little on ebay now days? Just because they "seem" to not care doesn't mean its the right thing to do or that they dont punish people or even sue them.

Sorry for reviving the thread but I just saw this. (Yeah, I'm pretty late.)

Kimberly, you play on a private server. Isn't is equally or even more wrong than selling accounts? Basically, all of us who play on private servers are ripping Blizzard off for $15 a month. Aside the bugs and lags that retail doesn't have, it's still against their terms of agreement. And everything you find on a private server is Blizzard's creation.

Its a week old, so you're fine.

Theres no point in selling a PRIVATE SERVER account, unless its like, not instant 70 (blizzlike or highrate or something). If its instant 70, no-one will care. I mean they can make their own account. It takes effort on retail, not much on Private Servers cause you can just ask for anything.

I'm not talking about selling private server accounts, I'm talking about playing on private servers, which is equally wrong as selling a retail account.

Not rly, most private servers have many bugs... only killing and gethering quests work. PvP and battlegrounds doesn't work that well and not all events are fixed up and wel.

In retail they for these things, if you choose to play on a private server and not paying you can expect a load of bugs and glitches and take them for granted because you're playing for free anyway!
