Can some 1 get me some wind effects... To look like wind, i mean wind that can be attached to my caster... Help please

Well I don't remember seeing a model like that. Usually when someone wants to place a wind in a map they use the weather option in WE. However, there are lot's of cloud and fog models, like:
Cloud - Wc3campaigns
Eerie Fog - Wc3campaigns
You can also try and check Wc3Campagins.net and see if you can find something that resembles wind. And remember to check the Hive Workshop model section, but I guess you already did that...
