[Spell] Why dummies not responsive?

Assuming my triggers and object data is all ok, is there any reason why trigger issuing order for dummy suddenly doesn't work (in mid game or late game something) ?

I am getting nuts because after long hours of investigation, I found no other interrupting dummy triggers, for no reason it just wont cast anymore. Did i triggered some W3 bugs that i don't aware?

Posting the triggers and object data would benefit you most.

Well you must explain it more, what are you trying to do, etc.

Maybe you are trying to pick a group of unit whos has Locust ability, this does not work.

Thanks i will look into it, it is difficult to replicate the exact moment that renders dummy casting not responsive..
