Why do i get a green square instead of my icon!

I've downloaded icons for my new level and they work. My problem is that the disable icon for them just appear as a green square! How can I change it so it is the icon disabled? Someone please help me :?:

you get the green square icon because you dont got disabeld icon for some icon, so when its disabeld you get green square instad of the disabled.

to make it disabled you need to work with the photo shop or other orpgrem and edit the icon so it will be disabeld.

Its either these:

- The path you for the imported icon is wrong.
- The .blp was not 32bits .tga/.jpeg/.bmp before conversion
- You changed the " file ending " of the icon
- The .tga is not at a certain bit (24 or 32?)

Sopho, all i did was download ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\DISBTNINV_Flask_02.blp. What do I have to do to make it work.

Import it with import manager.
Add the path below on the icon page which wc3sear provided you with:
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTN(iconyoudownloaded)
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTN(iconnameyoudownloaded)

re-opn your map after you've done that and apply it.

USEFUL TIP - If the icon is used for an ability, the normal and learn versions' icons should be applied or it will crash your World Editor.

but sopho is right.. (just for me WE dont crash)

WE never crashes after applying something. In the game or testing thats where the problems come out and WE can't handle it.

Actually, it has for me. I imported a terrain and when I restarted the map, WE crahed. To get into the map I had to delete the files by opening the map with WinMPQ, and then I was able to open it.

Blizzard needs to fix tons of bugs now that we use the World Editor so much
