Who is a triggering unit

I'll go right to the problem;

When I create a trigger with event:

[Trigger 1]
a unit casts an ability

the triggering unit in this trigger is casting unit.

But what if I do: Turn on [trigger2]
Is triggering unit from [Trigger 1] also triggering unit in [Trigger 2]?

Triggering unit is the unit which triggers (= fires/starts) the trigger.

Since no unit fired [Trigger 2], there is no triggering unit.

I think he meant not "turn on" trigger 2 but directly "run" it. In that case the triggering unit is still the same.

I meant turning it on, yet I've grown curious from your post;
how do I run a trigger using another trigger?

put this in your 1st trigger

Trigger - Run Your2ndTrigger (ignoring conditions)

this fires the trigger without any conditions

Trigger - Run Your2ndTrigger (checking conditions)

this fires the trigger only when the second trigger has fulfilled all the conditions

okay, something is seriously wrong with my WE, I do not have this option whatsoever ...
