Simply install Warcraft 3 & TFT and update it to 1.18 (or actually 1.19 now) by connecting to Battle.net. Done, it's that easy. WE is no single program, it's included in WC3. And if you can't update your game because you're using a pirate cd, then go ask somewhere else, but not on this site (actually on no site).
