Hi, friends, i'm interested in making icons and need a tool for that. I also drawed an icon by photo ulead and..believe me, it's very ugly. How can i create a nice icon like yours? :?

Get photoshop 9 cs 2. It is pretty expensive so if you dont want to spend the money get The GIMP instead which is free but is not anywhere near as good (but still the best free program there is).
