Where Can I Find the Latest WAR3 Editor??

I know that there is a latest War3 editor, if we cannot open DotA in a Normal War3 frozen throne Editor. I tried all maps that are downloaded can't be open.

There is one site that offers open dota projects with unprotected maps approved by icefrog... Just google search "Open Dota Project" and u should find it

If they were approved then you he would make the map open source. The bastard stol the map in the first place, so he shouldn't be in a position to decide whether his stolen content can be stolen again.
