About 186 cm. Around 62 Kg.
The weight is (should be, I hope) lower than real, as I did not checked it recently (6 months or more ring any bells?).
The height is approximative. I had some official measuring me wrong to an approximative 184 cm, about 2-3 cm lower than I knew... hope I got some height up since... :)

Since I got to college, I started frequenting the gym. I hope I put some muscular tissue as well as some strength here and there...

Don't worry, Werewulf! I always liked Tommy from NWN. Though he was so small (both weight and height), he had a devastating strike when he was using his dexterity.

Plus, it's naturally normal that males are taller and heavier than females. That's because usually males are also dumber and more likely to get involved into a fight, were constitution (thus mass and height) usually have a heavy word to say.

By the way, I am a "male" as well. So... no hard feelings anyone!

Cheers!

Aren't you ill, you got 62 kg on 186 cm, standard would be about 80 kg for that height, seriosly check it at a doctor.

186 cm ,got my older brother last year and I'll beat my tall daddy soon ?!?
74 kg ,after I let me checked out, I need 10 - 20 kg more to stay alive more than the next 10 years ... made it to 11 extra kg, but it's mostly additional muscles ;)

Well... Let's say I got asthma and I do not give so much credit to my own body. It's more important what's in my head rather than on my skeleton.

I go to the gym and expect to put some weight on as muscle mass. No, I ain't gonna check up with a doctor. I have preserved this weight for the last 4-5 years, I guess... more or less... with a slight trend towards putting on weight.

Well... yes and no. You burn calories - that is, fat - but you also put on some muscles. Considering that muscles are denser than fat, thus heavier, theoretically you put on some weight. Thinking through, you tend to burn fat faster than putting on muscles, so - you stand more chances to keep your weight or even to lower it.

I go to gym just to keep fit, as I mostly stay in front of my PC so I tend to be sedentary. I also wish to define my body structure (by getting more muscle tonus) and I try to develop my body also in something other than bone structure - as my age-stage is (or was...) that of arachnid (meaning long bones, little muscles... general aspect thin).

:) People, I start to feel one of the eldest here... :D 19 ->20 over you, like 13 - 17? Grrrr - "Life is too short" - Kay Tracid. :D

177cm or 5'10"
81.6 kg or 180lbs.

how can you be 6' and under 180lbs if you play sports... that doesn't make sense. Must not be contact sports because you would break.
and BMI is a shite way to measure fitness.

The "Body Mass Index" is a crappy measure and should never, ever be used. Because muscle is denser than fat, exercising (especially weightlifting), which gets rid of fat and inceases muscle, can actually increase your BMI. It is even worse than it sounds as studies have shown that a skinny person who is out of shape is more likely to suffer from various diseases than a heavier person who is in shape.

It is harder to measure the percentage of body fat, but this is a much, much more useful number. The stupid, idiotic BMI would call the average olympic athlete "overweight" or even "obese".

(If anything, this means that various studies that use the BMI underestimate the effects of obesity as some heavy but healthy people get lumped in with the fat group.)

The other problem with the BMI is that it does not take into account various differences in body types and also tends to be incorrect on the high and low ends of the height scale.

So why do people use it? Because it is trivial to calculate by just getting a height and weight. But it really is a crap number. Anyone interested in their own health should get a body-fat analysis done
