there is no "best" knockback system

it depends on what you need
e.g. on the one hand you might consider many options as a good thing but on the other hand the system will be bloated

so make your own one/modify an existing one that it has exactly the options you need

you can get all the information you need from the comments on knockback systems, forum search and google

but only wanted to know which is the most efficient ^^
