it looks awesome... but its a male zombie... did you make the skin? its scary... hehe...
right now.. im trying to transfer some animations from the ghoul model to some female models i found... if it doesn't work... then ill try to give your ghoul a new head.. eheh.... ill post the model im working on... if it works...

yeah i agree with Septimus the tank will randomly spawn in everywhere.... but some bugs are.... when i just attacked a survivor it just randomly in his pounch attack....

Impressive.

Im trying to make a L4D game too, except when i was making it my computer crashed and i forgot to save... Anyways back to topic nice map. by any chance may you please send me a unprotected map so i may see all the triggers and stuff because i am a rookie map maker. i suck at triggers terrain and spell making and i need a really good example like this i would appreciate it. full credit will be given to you.

Edit: Excuse me can you tell me how you walk on buildings? ive been trying >_<

You should also add a 0.10 bash for zombies in like the real l4d when your getting hit by zombies you get slowed down but when your getting hit by like 10 zombies you can even move at all hence the name left 4 dead so yeah.. just a suggestion

Whether or not they used it in this game, I know that it can be done with elevators. Just put blockers where you don't want people to climb up.

Some comments:

- Do not spam pills.
- Make the medical supplies stack, or make them limited to how many you can carry.
- Better terrain.
- Better skins, let's face it... If the skins on all the models are not consistent to the art style or mood, the map will look ugly.
- More zombies.
- Better zombie AI, try using more different groups.
- Call all the infected, infected. Do not state which unit is level 1 or level 2. Only do that in the editor prefix.
- Custom inferface.
- At least replace the current sound file with some darker song.
- Make the floating text smaller.

I have more, but this will suffice for now.

i tried adding bash b4 but fail... even tried 1% bash and survivors just get raped... but infected has a 100% slow attack...

keed posting suggestions please.. i really need it...

will start working next week again... hope i get the time :cry:...

updates:
-team switch 90% done... effects 70%... random bugs 2/10
-vomit better "sound,slow,screen shake,heavy green fog, horde, etc"
-survival mode 30% done...
-auto reload 100%
-balance item spawns(not random anymore) 50% done...
-3 shooting systems (2 done) auto and manual done...
-Game Multiboard 99% 1 bug left...

-Zoey model 40%
-Bill 10%
-francis 90%
-Louis 1%
-Witch 50%

:cry:GAME BALANCE: 7/10


next on to-do-list
-im planning to strip the body parts of all zombies(models) and turn them into attachments... to create more look/type and also make them taller...

L4D Zoey 99% Done...

finally done with zoey... :ugly:
not the best model but better than nothing...

Left4Dead - all survivors models done!!

ZZzzzzzz... this map really takes time to finish...
update again... all models done...
screen shot attached
closeup sucks but in-game zoom out will make the models look better...

does anyone know how to edit the "attack cool down" using triggers?

coz if its impossible... then ill need to trigger (4 x 4 = 16 survivors) "survivors x weapons" every time... its gonna add more lag this way...

i found a good model w/ awesome animations, but the maker didnt like me... so I got this reply from him...
"NO DONT EDIT MY MODEL, DONT STEAL IT!"

haha lol... so im still looking for one... any animators out there who are willing to help me? i just need 2 simple animations... i got a simple witch model model... ready to be animated...

They look like the counter-strike models on wc3unlimited. xD

the ghoul would be perfect for the reanimation if only his hands on lumber walk animation isn't curled. that's what I'm using on the hunter while he is standing. xD



they are not made from scratch... its an edited model... i got the model from a friend... you said models? can you send me the link? he said he made the model... hmm.... :nw:

Okay, soo...
i kinda checked your map for bugs or stuff
that i just noticed running throw the game.


Number One, the Window:

I know it's possible for the Crows too get throw
the small windows cause
they are soo small, but how the heck is it
possible for a zombie too walk right throw
the wall? [And it's on every window in the savehouse]


Number Two, The Blocking Trains:

I noticed the the zombies who spawn in
the buttom near the trains spawn in the trains..
I tried too come close too them and apperently
they where stucked because they kept running
near the trains but still having an eye on me.


Number Three, The Missing Buildings & The Infected Counter:

First, the buildings.. maybe it's just my computer
who didnt load the models but i just
wanted too tell you about it.

The Infected Counter Says [90]
and the other infected Counter says [31].

Now as you can see on the Mini-map theres not [90],
maybe [31] if you count the ones whos stuck in the trains.




Else:

Dude, i love that you've made some of the buildings transparent soo you can see where you're walking, & you can even walk into the buildings, thats really cool!

I especially love that you can walk on the buildings by using the stairs & rise.
