WEU patch not found

When i go to open my world editor unlimited it comes up with an error saying its unable to find the target patch. What does this mean and how can i fix it?

You should re-install it then. If it still doesn't work, maybe you should download from an alternate mirror. It could be some corrupted file... or not.
