Villager with Marine Animations

I need a villager (the one with grey clothes) with marine animations. My animation transferer doesnt work; i cant launch it. Says something about "file missing or invalid". It worked before my dad reinstalled our computers xp. Would be extremly thankfull if someone tells me how to fix that problem.
