Viking Skeleton

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
My attempt to create a heavily armed undead solider.
This skeleton will surely bash someone's head of, in the name of the undead!

and lastly, hide one of the hammers that still shows on the end of the death anim

Vikings didn't have horns :p but it's ok
You should use Skeletal Orc's bottom instead of Warrior's.Better quality and looks better.

It's called playing to stereotypes. Scots aren't always drunk... oh wait the Dwarves.

A really good model but like the others said a better texture for the shield and hammer would make him fit in more with an undead temple or ancient ruin.

pretty simple but useful;
the team-colored shoulderpad is still there when death animation occurs, try Re-Mapping the shield to remove that black thingy, shield goes in him when Stand Victory

used the "view in 3D" to see the model

You should really update the screenshot, because it looks much better now.
The birth anim doesn't look right...at first hammer is on ground and suddenly in his hand. Can you make it that way so he pulls it from his back?
good example:check the death anim

half-decayed 'hair'

Skeleton's skin contains some hair texture :p
it could be done with some verticles, faces 'n stuff

hmm.. there's some hair and a set of horns floating in the air when the skeleton dies, (probably from other skeleton mesh) disappearing soon.. but not soon enough.. could you make them disappear right as the anim starts? aka first frame
same thing with one of the hammers in birth anim, appears on the first frame but is then hidden..

also, you should change model's name and internal name to 'viking skeleton' or so..

and lastly, the background blinks a bit in some portrait animations
