does the redeemer has to be in the game

hi all i had a great idea about an unreal tournament map
but i need someone to actually make it (i can do much idas and stuff)

every player start with chosing a hero (i think its the best ranged heroes or melee that do ranged dmg
this hero has a normal gun item (weakest item) and a melee item (strong but 50 range
you can chose between these weapons in the item slots
the everywhere on the map there are stronger weapon items (you can maximum have 6 weapons any time but they drop opun dead)
every weapon has 2 fire modes (like the tinker has 2 forms) and every weapon and mod has a different dmg range and speed .
and also every weapon has special things but i will post something about that later
every weapon has also a 30% (or more) chance to miss
and i also thought of a camera mode (like the one in wow maps) behind the player that follows it
and iml not sure if the redeemer has to be in the game (maybe little overpower
then everywhere on the map can be some healing runes and runes for extra running speed and armor
i will post somle more things about this idea if there is anyone interessted in helping me with this map just post it :d

here is something about one of the weapons the rocket laucher (rare item)
primary fire mode: 60 dmg (you have normally 10 hp like in the real ut)
700 range and speed average (this is just to give an idea) also some splash and a 10 % chance for a headshot = 200 dmg (instant kill with rocket launcher 30 % chance on a miss
secundary fire mode: 6 rockets in one time damg: 360 (dead) range 700 speed very slow (but really has to be very slow) splash and 50 % chance on a miss (have to do something or it will be way to strong)
and i thougt of doing the rocket attack of the tinker for the attack itself

but i think we better not use the redeemer (or in the middle of the map hidden :idea: ) cause it has in ut instant kill enourmous splash and huge range

here are some of the weapons maybe not all
handgun(startweapon)
meleeweapon (no name yet)
assault rifle (first mode just a rifle/ 2nd mode grenade launcher)
minigun( 1st mode very fast /2nd very faster)
shock rifle (1st fast/ strong /very high miss rate 2nd stronger/ slower /and less miss rate also thinking about special combo attack)
flack cannon (1st low range /fast /medium dmg 2nd average speed /high dmg / a bit like ans area of effect weapon)
biomod rifle 1st fast/ low dmg /medium range
2nd very slow /high dmg / low range
rocket launher: see previous post
sniper rifle: only a first mode huge range / high dmg / much chance on headshot but also high chance on a miss/. slow firing
ion painter. only first a strong blizzard-like area of effect weapon

few other things maybe some vehicels like gyro or tank
