Unpause all Units

Can this action cause significant lag spike in some circumstances?
Because I am using it after an event, and then my game lags heavily for a minute until it gets better.

I've never has problems with the unpause all units action. How many units are you trying to unpause? You could try and remove the action and see if the lag stops.

Maybe because they all regain their orders, triggering order events or something similar.

It could be that, since it says that the units remember their order, and continue upon unpause.
I'll try to find workaround.
