    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units in (Playable map area)) and do (Actions)
        • Loop - Actions
          • Trigger - Add to Trigger 3 <gen> the event (Unit - A unit comes within 256.00 of (Picked unit))
  • Trigger 2
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit enters (Entire map)
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Trigger - Add to Trigger 3 <gen> the event (Unit - A unit comes within 256.00 of (Entering unit))
  • Trigger 3
    • Events
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Special Effect - Create a special effect at (Position of (Triggering unit)) using Abilities\Spells\Human\ThunderClap\ThunderClapCaster.mdl
and instead of the special effect, do your actions.
But don't forget to remove the leaks. (I didn't)
