How to trigger my unit to stand without moving(because my unit is stand above the region will cause my unit to move) ? Anyone can tell me an easy way ?

So what the region do?
Do the region set any unit in there will order to walk to another place?
If it is like that, then you need to Check if the (Unit-Type) or (Player) equal to then only order

But I don't want to cancel the region , I just wanted to unactivate it during the cinematic

Frankly, I don't understand your issue. What region? Why does the unit move? You want the unit make it unmoveable?

Just turn the trigger containing the region off.
Trigger - turn trigger off.

Then turn it on after the cinematic has finished.
Trigger - turn trigger on.
