Unit Collision Help.

I'm making a TD Map but I got a problem on spawning a creeps,. I make them spawn 1 by 1 every 0.7 sec, but I'm not satisfied with the result. The creeps collide with the other creeps that they can't even walk smoothly, Does anyone have solution about this?

Order them to move as soon as they are spawned?
Increase the time interval between creeps spawning to 0.9 or 1 sec?
Reduce collision size to scale with unit size?

What i tried to point out was how he would have done. Never said that these was 100% complete triggers.
