I don't know if this is in the right place, but I have no idea how to do trigonometry( like cos? sin? tan? etc) and I'd just like to ask if someone could do a trigonometry tutorial somewhere?
hey, trig is easy. Im not really to sure what you need it for though, could you explain what you need trig for and it will be a whole lot easier to explain it to you then.
Understand this page (especially this part) and you'll pretty much get it a good portion of it: http://www.sosmath.com/trig/Trig5/trig5/trig5.html
Also knowing how to convert to radians from degrees is important.
Degrees*pi/180 = radians, radians*180/pi = degrees
sinx is for the y axis, cosx is for the x axis, tan is sinx/cosx.
Soh Cah Toa:
In a right triangle, there are three sides, the hypotenuse, the opposite edge from the angle, and the side adjacent to the angle you're measuring (not the hypotenuse).
sinx = opp/hyp
cosx = adj/hyp
tanx = opp/adj
It gets more complex, but trig identities and understanding the unit circle and sin cos and tan are very essential.
