I'm not entirely sure what your problem is (perhaps try explaining it again), but if you're playing sounds there are two major differences:
- 3D sounds play only for players with their cameras close enough to the sound's source location (maybe also need to have vision of the location). This is probably what you want.
- Regular sounds will play for all players regardless of their distance to the source, which can make a lot of noises happening at once.
What kind of sound do you have?
