I feel like this has been a trend recently just uploading screenshots of buildings that currently have no icon for that specific building. Which is an excellent way to look at things for yourself and/or your map, but to upload a bunch on the icon section is somewhat aggravating if it isnt even that persons model. Most model authors will put the icon for that model in the thread with the "model" instead of uploading it separately. I also understand some users arnt around anymore therefore making it hard to find such icons..but, in this case i would put this under very much lacking or just delete it considering people just spam the section with just screenshots.

Yes, also icon submission rules: Resource Submission Rules (Models, skins, icons, spells & systems)
"Uploading an icon that is purely a screenshot fitted for a specific model, skin or spell in any of their respective sections is not permitted. You must "Edit" the bundles of the corresponding model/texture/spell and add the icon there."
