The website www.wc3campaigns.net is down at the moment, so you won't be able to get that program until it is back.

i dled oinkerwinkles tools and they come up with an error i installed the microsoft program it said to and everything so i am just lettin you know troll it confusing to install

Unzip the downloaded program, and open the .exe file.
