Is it ok if I make a repeating timer that runs the entire game and triggers a trigger?

Will that slow my game in any way?

It is usually recommended to use a single timer instead of multiple ones if you are using short periods (like 0.03 seconds). What period are you going to use?

Maybe between 2 and .5 seconds.

It should be okay to have multiple timers if you use those periods.
It is recommended to use a single one if you use very low periods, like I mentioned (i.e. 0.03).
