Well the cracks are okay but they need a lot more shadows. Also, the lack of an alpha channel basically ruins the texture. He needs pants; The ice crack spam gets annoying.

It looks more like a ice giant,on my opinion.
I dont like the pads and cloths poking out of him,it looks weird,his beard could use some work,and the skull for a face is a bit odd.He could go with some pants as hawk said,because his skirt looks weird :S.For a first skin its pretty good,so if i could rate this,it'd be 3.5 :B

EDIT: the beard cant be alphaed out, instead of black, there holes. I sugest you make a new beard.

You use the eraser tool to remove areas on the texture that have a Team Coloured material.

Someone uploaded a Skin for the Troll Hero (forgot the name)
which had THIS mask ...
I dont know where the other things are CnPed from ... but i knew it is ...
okay maybe the icy things arent CnP but the BEARD and the HEAD is ....

No, I used a gradient fill, then the smudge tool to get the shape.

After that I just used burn and dodge for my shadows and highlights. =P

The edges are no longer black on the beard and head.

I lightened them both with blue and but in more highlights and shadows.

Compare the unwrap with the screenshot. =P

Nice but there is still way too many ice cracks. Add some armor or something.

Updated, added alot more definition and shadows and sapped some colour from the pants.

I'm not really sure how I feel about adding armour, I might do that tomorrow and see how it looks, but it's not really what I was going for.
