My show case :p add terrains when i make them... They are not good, so let me hear suggestions!!

The ground is too flat. Also the trees don't match, look through the treest under the Enviroment cathegory, i can see the end of the map too.
Add some tile variation, make a real road etc.
But it's much nicer than your last, this could be quite good if you work on it

It's a start. The second one has the best atmosphere, I'd say. First thing, blizzard trees are bad. Stay far far away. Also, try using not using Ashenvale rain, use Lordaeron. Also, try playing with more subjects on your rain. The Tyrande and the two huntresses could get repetitive. Unless of course it's for a map or campaign of which these are the protagonists. I'd say also use fog more like your second shot. Lastly, your Lordaeron Fall could use more environmental doodads. Lastly, I like your choices for tile variation. It's not bad, and it's definitely a start.

Well, most blizzard trees are bad. Northrend is ok and Icecrown is ok, and Snowy doesn't look too bad from a top-down angle.

I agree, but there are snowy trees that do look better. And why settle for less than the best you can get? XD
