The Creation, of the Black Saint (40K)

The Space Marine looked up to the horizon as the massive forces of the Traitor Legions came towards him. Coordinated artillery fire surged into the hostile lines barely steming the tide of death. Sniper rounds punctuated the deathly sunset as blood was spilt. The chatter of the Bolters deafened those with unprotected ears. As death spilled upon this wartorn plain, time never forgave the soil. Cries of retreat sounded in the lines as many soldiers fell back towards the City of Sera's powerful defenses.




This is a sort of prelude to my developing map City of Crimson Death. Feel free to add on parts as this needs some more flavor then I can slice. If you do add on please keep it to CSM versus SM and IG, as the story will eventually end up to the final ten hours of the defense of the fortress monastery of the Talons of Shadow. This is a relative RP but the RP forums are meh, Anarki verse all.

A lascannon burst tore apart the horrendous being of chaos. The ground was littered with dead bodies and blood. Lasguns and Bolters shot down from the wall causing death and destruction. Three Imperial Troopers rained fire down on the hostiles until suddenly and abruptly a chain flung from a figure far in the distance. Blood sputtered from the soldiers necks as sections of the wall started to collapse. The Space Marine looked around, and a artillery shell impacted into the expanse of wall under him. Everything suddenly turned black.
