    Yeah, you're right, I was only saying that many other games really make art out of their models and textures but I can see that Blizzard focused more on story and gameplay :D

    the whole texture seems a tad too monochrome to me, Yellow, brown and orange isn't a huge color variety. Adding some red parts might make it better.

    At least implement some different colors into the shark on his back, then?
    Just one color with multiple variations is rather monochrome, like Don said.

    I'd say just change the color of the hair for better color variation, everything else seems pretty good.

    Search up some moss colors. The beards of the regular Sea Giants were mossy green, so why not look up some other stuff? I know there's some type out there, some sort of iron-dust red, or blood red.

    Try a musty color, one that doesn't blur into the skin as much, I'd stay within the purples/reds\yellows, no light colors, no stark contrasts.

    After a quick look, I'd say velvet purple would do well.

    I'm well aware, but they both wrap on the same model. :p
    I support the idea of changing the beard color. ANYTHING to make it look less like a yellow blob(especially in-game).
    I think his eyes should be more pronounced. I'm not sure how, but try around, see what works!

    The only place that bothers me is the legs, the contrast only really messes with that area.

    EDIT: Not finding it in the neutral hostiles, why wouldn't this count?
