What does "tele-gather" exactly mean? A quick teleport and cut woods and then teleport back or something?

oh okay, umm let's see the unit would focus on an item such as a campfire, then he would run around and pick up things, and anything he picked up would teleport to the campfire in half a second.

I don't see why you couldn't make one. It would be fairly simple if he carried no other items. Or even simpler if you used an item group.
Hero aquires Item:
Boolean buff check: If hero has buff telegather.
Move item Instantly to point gatherpoint one.
You would set the gather point when you cast "focus"
