I've seen this spell where its a clock, and it goes around it a circle in a couple maps, and i was wondering if it is a spell in the actual game or what? Thanks +rep if helped.

No, it is a custom spell. Trigger it like that a timer start running:

Abbility is being cast <equal to clock> = true and then do

Start timer.

Maybe u can find the spell model at the model section
