Spell Using ;o

I'm making a little movie... i almost rdy but i have a problem in one of the scenes. So i want to cast Bloodlust on a footman... i would like to use " unit - issue order targeting a unit " trigger but it simply doesnt work.
Or am i trying a wrong trigger?

I guess the trigger is right
Check if the unit got the ability ( also check if the unit is able to use this spell - the normal spell need to be researched so remove "Shaman Adept" if it is still required )
