Spell that can be cast on others to make invulnerable.

Basically I need a spell that will turn the target unit invulnerable, does such a spell exist in wc3 or do I have to trigger it myself?

If it does not exist there is no need to tell me how to create it.

just make a trigger that make a unit cast the spell, and give the other unit an Aura
