Spell editing in roc

ok hi, my friend wants me to make a map for him, but it has to be in roc. i need some spells for it but as everyone knows, you cant edit spells in roc without 3rd party applications. does anyone know where one might aquire these applications. btw i do have tft, dont suggest me or my friend should get it.
