Spelbook problem

Whats the problem with spelbook not showing all abilities that i have added. They are normal unit spells that include 4 lvls and i have set maximum spells to 12 and mini 0. Still it doesnt show all abilities.

Try putting both min and max to same number (in this case 12 both). It always works for me.
