In the Terrain Palette there is an option to edit (Add and Remove) Boundary. They are walls which cannot be manipulated in-game.
In the Doodad Palette there are doodads called Pathing Blockers which also can be used. They are invisble walls, like forcefield if you will. These can be manipulated in-game.
