It is different, I'll give you that.. I guess someone could find a use for it. If it was just a calvary unit with a rifle, it would pwn.

Oh my god, not bad a model, but seriously, I prefer the Spanish Conqusitor.
You can find the model in the Hiveworkshop or in Civil Wars as Dragoon.
Needs a room for improvement.
The beard requires a change in the texture. I can't really tells what's wrong but it does not look good. The face is covered. And it does not differ much from the Spanish Conquisitor. One last thing, the horse looks stupid.
Nevertheless, it functions properly and its animations are not bad. (3/5)
If you wnat to re-update the model, consider re-updating another screenshot. For first impression really counts. In my opinion, this model's screenshot is not very good in its viewing angle.

That's why I say, the animations are not bad. But not the skin. There is another better one in my opinion in the hiveworkshop models section known as spanish Conquistor.

that model is the first version of this one, I made it and I updated it. I myself don't agree I dispite my old work that's why I updated it. It has the same animations and meshes, but this one has a complete new skin, fixed animations and has completely been reduced in polies.

Hmmm, I prefer the old one the horse and the head. The new one looks better with the armor. Maybe I did not really inspect the model carefully or something or maybe the screenshot isn't very good, either one factor, may have let me misjudged this thing. But the new one, I don't like the head and helmet, I think one can be improved on.

BlinkBoy, you said I can do with this model what I want. I want to remove horse from your conquistador, remove his gun and have him with peasant animations. I'd also attach him a scroll from NE runner.

Can you tell me what tutorials to read before that process, or what tools to use?

Do u have one that's not riding a horse? Overall...I think it's awesome, I really loved the animation where the model shoots (he actually aims his gun properly)....I'd like to use it in my cine map...but the map is set in dungeon terrain. :(

It's just like Age of Empires 2, I was hoping for a proper gunner model from them (besides the hand canoneer infantry), and when expansion came out (the Conquerors) we get this Conquistador, which is a cool model indeed. But lacks flexibility. Mainly because it rides a horse. Overall, cool model, I might use it in my next map.
