Android from www.conceptart.org have a gallery about himself doing daily self portraits. it take a certain amount of iniative and motivation i think. so, i think its a great idea, ive been making self portraits, but they werent made on a daily basis. So, for the glory of building up a gallery and getting better at the same time...i will draw myself with a tablet staring at a mirror that is at a distance of one meter from me.
If you happen to have a mirror that close to you, you should also do self portraits.
i do self portraits by analyzing my facial traits...i dont always draw exactly how it is seen from the mirror.
im not dependant from your opinions, if you love them great, if you dont, well that's your choice. i will post one every day, im starting today's.
you only need to tell yourself on a daily or weekly basis "ok im gonna spare a little 20 minutes of my time and do a self portrait"
