Skins? Programs?...

I played a warcraft game and there were figures shaped to look like Harry Potter? I asked some people how they did this and thay said they made the charachter off a world edit program. Anywhere i look i can't find a program that ollows me to change what a charachter looks like. PLEASE HELP ME

if you wanna make custom skins you need photoshop and warcraft veiwer then you can covert the blp. textures of models edit them on photoshop and save them as TGA and then you need a warcraft modeling program and then add the textures and your done it quite simple but you need to know how to make the skins and need a idea of photoshop heres a link to a few programs for such a thing
