If we are commenting, your first one is absolutely horrible, the render isn't blended, empty space (not a popout) and the text... The text should be the same color as part of the bg, or gradient like the background...

well my sig came after my avatar, they're both in the same sky-blue style. The little logo which appears sometimes on sig is Aphex Twin's (www.warprecords.com).
I made them one day I didnt have ideas to skin...

Bumping A Sticky:

My signature pic is a cropped version of an image that I use as wallpaper on some of the pages of my own website. A couple of years ago I pirated the file sfondo_stellato.gif from the John Lennon Dream Site and edited it a bit to suit my needs. :thunbsup:



My avatar is an edited version of the outstanding icon BTNBlackBalverine.blp which I use with the permission of its author, Dan van Ohllus.

I'll probably get flamed for this, but I hate them all, all of them are artwork other people created with filters applied on them multiple times and a few custom fonts downloaded off some website..

Doesn't anyone make their own from scratch?

I am aware of that Deathbringer, but they are a form of graphics, not artwork. That is why there is a sticked thread to hopefully stop the over flow of sigs being posted everywhere in the art section.
