Maiev and her watchers arrived in the ruins of the orcish homeworld, Draenor. They soon discovered that Illidan had come alone, thus the recapture proved to be fairly easy. Then the naga had arrived on Outland, and they had brought new allies: the same blood elves that Maiev had helped before. Maiev and her soldiers fought the naga and their traitorous elven friends, but the new army outnumbered hers, and eventually she was defeated. The naga and blood elves recaptured Illidan and freed him. Upon the warden's final moments, Illidan decided to imprison her instead.Soon after that, Maiev would be contacted by Akama, unsatisfied by not being given the Black Temple as promised and the wary Maiev agreed to enter a partnership and vowed to see Illidan dead.

- In Chapter 7, An aesthetic issue of Blood Elf buildings due to using the same texture as the doodads.

About Anyndra's Q spell, I think I've finally found the problem. I have set the Casting time to 0 which deal infinite damage to the target thus having an instant kill. I'll fix this.
Did Sereia perhaps sold the items during the last chapter?
I plan on toning that fight a bit. Thank you.

No, when the chapter start Sereia already lost some of her items. also about Anyndra's Q spell it only happens in that chapter, when I test in on the other chapter I didn't happen.

Yes, I'm quite anxious about this too since it have different experiences on different people. Perhaps I can go for another hot fix soon.

Better solve everything on 1.30 before walking to 1.31, i'm going that something on the triggers is messing with 1.31 memory, most of my slowdowns and crashes are when skills enhanced or not are being used, be the AI or myself.

All the versions from 1.30-1.31 basically are carrying a large number of bugs that Blizzard did not solve because they wanted to push through with Reforged quickly. 1.31 is probably the most dangerous, because saving/loading can completely break triggers, among other issues.

Have been playing the latest version a bit, and found a few bugs most of witch I'm pretty certain aren't due to patch version.

Akama's Healing Surge still gets cancelled when he's attacked. (not sure if this due to patch version, or if it has to do with the ability being based on Healing Sleave)

In Broken tech tree, I could research Backpack, despite not having built the Shop building. And also Training Grounds are in the first row in build order, while originally they were in the second.(I assume they're meant to be in second)

In Draenei tech tree the build order seems to be totally random. And have you checked this out Draenei UI.blp?

As for the Blood Elf tech tree, I kinda prefer the old Blood Knight model, the one used in Rise of the Blood Elves v3.0.

The ultimate flying unit is missing from Night Elf tech tree, I know Dread Raven was removed on purpose, but imo, it should have a replacement.

There was no chapter 3 on the menu? (the latest one) And then even all my items from previous chapter are gone. If is bug from 1.31 i can understand it but it really bums me.

In Draenei tech tree the build order seems to be totally random. And have you checked this out Draenei UI.blp?

As for the Blood Elf tech tree, I kinda prefer the old Blood Knight model, the one used in Rise of the Blood Elves v3.0.

The ultimate flying unit is missing from Night Elf tech tree, I know Dread Raven was removed on purpose, but imo, it should have a replacement.

Yes, I'm aware that Healing Surge gets cancelled. I've based it on clarity potion and the 'Dispel on Attack' is false but it gets cancelled anyway.
I will mend tool-tips and button positions.
About the ultimate flying unit, I've decided not to add one for each playable race as you may see. I've stick to one flyer each for a reason.

There was no chapter 3 on the menu? (the latest one) And then even all my items from previous chapter are gone. If is bug from 1.31 i can understand it but it really bums me.

Strange. I've checked the triggers and they seem fine. I do not know what's causing that.

It might have something to do with triggers. If it doesn't solve, perhaps the solution to make it into a burst heal, like it's WoW counterpart. I also noticed that Void Rays do not benefit from attack and defense upgrades.

I've made some tests on the ability and I've finally managed to fix it. Really? I'll check it out.

So far, changelog includes:
- Fixed Anyndra's Q spell so that it won't cause instant kill.
- Fixed Akama's Healing Surge. Now, no longer dispels on attack.
- Nether Rays now benefit from attack and defense upgrades.
- Made small adjustments in the fight with Kael.
- Separated the main quest in Chapter 5. Now, having two main quests instead of one.
- Fixed the Draenei and Broken building's button position.
- Other minor fixes.

I don't know if this will make you scratch your head more, but the maps without Maiev and Anyndra don't crash the game, lags or cause any kind of trouble, these run perfect in 1.31.

The mission 5, the allied Draenei don't build store, so i can't buy the orb needed to hire the tribe of lost ones.

Maybe a Maiev campaign without Maiev will solve your problems :ogre_hurrhurr:

i see why took so long to done, that scenario, the whole story remake, is really making sense, and wonderful, just more than a brilliant you ever done. I felt really deep at the end of story, it just felt i wish i could see another story. Thank you for remake this for us to enjoy.

Pretty good campaign. Found a bug in the Vash map though, after killing the guy just before vash and going into her room she wouldn't activate no matter what I did. Had to restart the map and whosyourdaddy all the way back there and then she triggered normally so it was a bit weird. Other than that the missions where good fun. Best part about this campaign is Akama once your get his ult, it's good fun just using only akama and an ally attack to destroy a base.

I can't pass chapter 4, when i go to Maiev's base as the main quest says, nothing happens. I'm using 1.31 by the way.

That's weird. I've checked that triggers so many times and it looks fine. I do not have any idea what causing that to be honest.

I have seen a really big bug in game when i use skill 3 maiev and skill 1 anyndra the enemy boss is die immediately haha

I was hoping the update should fix this, perhaps I was wrong?

Hey I found out the cause of the game crashing at chapter 3, anyndra's first skill whenever I used the game crashes. I hope you solve this issue.

Damn, perhaps I can try to change the base of this skill of hers then and see if it will still persist. Anyway, what version of Warcraft 3 are you using and what version of the campaign are you playing too?

Anyway, I might update this again for the reason of adding new loading screens and some bug fixes of course. Before, I thought I can add custom loading screens the same time of the initial launch of the update but I was short of time and never finished editing and adding them (since I've stumbled some troubles on it too) but now I've finished it.

Sclammerz the bug where Maiev E spell that does instant kill with Anyndra Q spell still happens when I play in ver 2.0.2
btw I'm playing in patch 1.29 so perhaps patch issues?

Then I can try to change the base of the ability next update to something else like storm bolt instead of using shadow strike as its base and see if it will still persist. Btw, does this happen on all chapters?

Pretty cool campaign. One of few I really, really like. After Curse of the Forsaken, maybe my second favorite campaign! Keep it up.

Version 2.1
- Added custom loading screens in all maps.
- Added a new scene in the 2nd Interlude.
- Added few plot points explaination in the loading screens of some maps, to explain better what is going on.
- Changed some dialogues of Kael in the 1st Interlude.
- Changed the base ability of Anyndra's Q to avoid one-shotting its target when used along with Maiev's E.
- Fixed the bug where the instance with Vashj is inaccessible in Chapter 5.

Worked fine for me, it was a while back though. It's possible that the author forgot to put some blp files inside. It's possible to take it directly from the source map Exodar and Lightforged Draenei v.3, there all the files in it for certain.

I think it was due to the wider screen in the recent patches. However, I see no cinematic border in it.

Edit: The update of the campaign may be tomorrow.

Current changelog:
Version 2.1

Playing with the Wenesday version; whatever changes you did to the triggers have made the lags and the stops on the cinematics, less noticieable and troublesome. And reloading solves nearly everything, no crashes with Anyndra's "Q" during the mission 3, or hellfire citadel.

That's great to hear. I've actually did not tweak much the triggers. I'm happy that I'm able to fix those things eventually, thank you.
