Shadow Strike + Minus Armor

I got a shadow strike skill I renamed Venom Sting and it does poison damage, but no slowing. However I wanted it to also lower armor by (1,1,2,2,3) for levels. I can't seem to find any way to make this work... No triggers I can see that would allow me to lower armor.
